City of San Marcos, California

The City of San Marcos and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) have formed a partnership to test new energy efficient street lights in 2009. Emerging Technologies Associates (ETA) has been retained by SDG&E to manage the project and work with the City of San Marcos in the selection of the appropriate lighting technologies and the proper test sites.
