Electronic Ballast - Overall Summary

These application assessment studies were designed to verify functionality as well as the brightness and quality of light currently achievable with replacing traditional core and coil HID ballast technology with new electronic HID ballast capable of dimming and Demand Response in order to aid the acceleration of their mainstream adoption not only in the target markets in which the assessment projects were conducted, but other markets where HID lighting is the preferred lighting technology.
