Daryl DeJean taught the highly sought after practitioner's view of energy management and planning tools that have resulted in tremendous financial gains for many of ENERGY STAR founding partners such as Staples, 3M , CBRE and Kohl's. The course material was created by Lee Stevens, Kingport Corporation based on five years work under the ENERGY STAR Program.

The graphing capabilities of the easy to use benchmarking tool Portfolio Manager allowed attendees to see the benefits of management reporting. The visual simplicity of the graphs was a total surprise to the attendees who were not aware of the capabilities of the tool. The agenda was as follows and no one fell asleep!

The Building Ugrade Value Calculator and the Cash Flow Opportunity Calculators were demonstrated live. Several attendees said they had seen the calculators before in other seminars but never understood how they worked until this seminar. Thank you attendees for your feedback.
