Recognized for being “in touch” with the customer, Daryl was asked to present at a Department of Energy Workshop for the SSL Commercialization Initiative. The purpose of his talk was to share with the solid state lighting industry the key considerations to consider as the technology is further developed for wide scale market adoption. The Marketing Director for Permlight, an LED product manufacturer, shared how beneficial the presentation was in connecting his approach to product development and marketing to the customer.
