Daryl DeJean - CEO, President and Founder

Daryl DeJean is committed to creating sustainability strategies for large enterprises that starts with enhancing resource productivity. By incorporating the ENERGY STAR® energy management program, Daryl has simplified the implementation and ensured the affordability and longevity of all energy related solutions. The solid program that ENERGY STAR has created allows any business or non profit to achieve any energy goals at all levels successfully. As a consultant for Fortune 500 companies, he views technology from a "real world" practitioner's vantage point based upon over 20 years experience in facility and energy management.

Lee Stevens - Vice President of Business Development

Lee Stevens brings innovative approaches to sustainability by blending the ENERGY STAR® approach to energy management strategies with her 15-year experience in corporate finance and marketing to develop energy efficiency and sustainability solutions that meet clients’ investment criteria and profitability goals. Working with the utility industry, government program and several commercial sectors, Lee has developed unique energy management and financing strategies for her clients.

Vicky Sharma - Electrical Engineer

Vicky Sharma joined Emerging Technologies Associates Inc. in 2010 as Lead Electrical Engineer on electrical emerging technologies assessment projects. She performs engineering analysis on data collected in accordance with the International Performance Measurement Verification Protocol (IPMVP), the global standard for EM&V of energy efficiency technologies.

Greg S. Martin - Registered Architect

Greg S. Martin, AIA, is a Registered Architect (RA) and has certified an ENERGY STAR building under an ETA benchmarking project. He has experience in the New Construction and Retrofit markets in both residential and commercial building market sectors.

Jerome Heuze - Web Developer

Jérôme Heuzé joined Emerging Technologies Associates (ETA) to enhance our ability to convey complex sustainability concepts with images on our website. He created this webpage and is working on educational tools for our sustainability seminars. He has created animations for his clients and truly enjoys this fun part of his career.
